Return and Refund Policy

VORCEN is operated by RAM LAF OVIEDO LLC. We offer a 30-day return window, starting on the date your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

You may return eyewear within 30 days of delivery if it is in its original condition, without scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of use beyond careful indoor inspection and try-on.

Please include the original case, accessories, and packaging supplied with your purchase. Missing disposable shipping packaging alone will not invalidate a return.

Sale items are eligible under the same conditions unless a specific, lawful exception was clearly disclosed before purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to request a return

Email aisatachalor@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number.

• The name or email address used for the purchase.

• The item you wish to return.

• A brief explanation of your request.

Photos may help us assess damage or an incorrect item, but an unboxing video is not required.

We aim to respond within two business days. For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and the correct return address. Return shipping is free for eligible returns within our supported U.S. delivery area.

Please send the item within 14 calendar days after receiving the return label. If you need more time, contact us before that period expires.

Do not send products to our business address or to the address printed on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund. We cover necessary return shipping for these cases. If returning the item is unnecessary, we will let you know.

The 30-day change-of-mind return window does not limit any additional rights you may have under applicable law.

Exchanges

For a different model or color, contact us to arrange a return. You may place a separate order for your preferred item, subject to availability.

If we sent the wrong item, we will arrange the correction without additional shipping charges.

Refunds

We will inspect an eligible return within five business days after it reaches the designated return location and email you the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five business days after approval, or sooner when required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Refunds cover the amount paid for the returned item and applicable refundable taxes. Standard shipping is free. Any optional delivery upgrade, if offered, is refundable when required by law or when the return results from our error.

If we decline a return or propose a reduced refund because of documented damage or missing supplied accessories, we will explain the reason and available next steps.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. We will cancel and refund an order if it has not entered a fulfillment stage that prevents cancellation.

If the order has already shipped, you may use the return process after delivery. Your rights concerning delayed shipment remain unaffected.
