Shipping Policy

VORCEN is operated by RAM LAF OVIEDO LLC. This policy explains our delivery coverage, fulfillment process, shipping estimates, and assistance with delivery problems.

Delivery coverage

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within our supported delivery area. Any additional shipping service, if available, will be identified and priced before you complete checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Our standard timelines are:

• Order processing: 1–3 business days.

• Transit after dispatch: 7–15 business days.

• Estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery: 8–18 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

These timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Any different product-specific timeline will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Fulfillment and shipment origin

We work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products may ship directly from fulfillment locations outside the United States.

Our Florida business address is an administrative contact address and does not indicate the shipment origin of your order.

VORCEN remains your point of contact for order support, delivery issues, returns, and refunds.

Tracking

We will email your tracking information when your order is dispatched. Carrier updates may take up to three business days to appear.

If your tracking information does not update after that period, email us so we can investigate.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels at no additional standard shipping charge. We will provide the available tracking information for each parcel.

Shipment delays

If we cannot dispatch your order within the promised processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate, and explain your options to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion for a refund.

We will obtain consent to delays when required and cancel and refund unshipped merchandise when consent is not obtained as required by applicable law.

Carrier or customs delays may affect arrival after dispatch. Contact us if your parcel exceeds the estimated delivery window so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Taxes, duties, and import charges

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.

For supported U.S. deliveries, VORCEN covers import duties and customs charges associated with fulfillment. If a carrier or customs agent requests an unexpected import payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

Incorrect shipping information

Please check your address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, email us immediately. We will attempt to update the address before fulfillment, but changes may not be possible after processing begins.

If a parcel is returned because of incorrect customer-provided information, we will discuss reshipment or refund options with you. Any proposed additional shipping cost will be disclosed for your agreement before it is charged.

We do not automatically treat an address error as a forfeiture of your entire purchase.

Lost, damaged, or missing deliveries

Contact us if a shipment is lost, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located.

We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and check with household members or building staff while we investigate with the carrier.

A delivery scan alone does not automatically close your claim. If our investigation confirms loss, delivery to the wrong address, or transit damage, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

You are not required to purchase shipping insurance to receive assistance with an eligible delivery problem.
