This store is operated by RAM LAF OVIEDO LLC under the name VORCEN. In these Terms, “VORCEN,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RAM LAF OVIEDO LLC.

These Terms govern use of our website and purchases made through our store, together with the policies expressly referenced below.

Eligibility and use

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate purchase information and use the store lawfully. You must not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, misuse payment methods, or infringe another person’s rights.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately, including their appearance, dimensions, materials, and any verified lens features.

Screen settings and lighting can affect perceived color. Such variations do not excuse delivery of a materially different product.

UV protection, polarization, lens category, impact resistance, prescription compatibility, and other technical features apply only when expressly stated for the specific product and supported by appropriate product information.

Product photographs do not independently establish technical performance.

Eyewear use

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our eyewear is nonprescription and intended for ordinary consumer use.

It is not sold as industrial safety equipment, protective sports eyewear, or equipment for observing the sun or an eclipse.

Never look directly at the sun through ordinary sunglasses. Use eyewear only in conditions appropriate to its documented lens characteristics. Do not use tinted lenses for night driving or when they reduce visibility.

For prescription needs, lens replacement, or professional fitting advice, consult a qualified eye care professional.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are disclosed before checkout is completed.

Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. You authorize the payment provider to process the amount displayed when you submit your order.

We may update prices for future purchases. A later price change does not alter an accepted order.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that the order was received and does not, by itself, resolve stock availability or payment verification.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, a material listing error, suspected fraud, or a delivery address outside our supported area.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue a prompt refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Listing errors

If we discover a material pricing or description error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate option, such as accepting a clearly explained correction or receiving a cancellation and refund.

We do not reserve a right to increase an accepted order’s price without your consent.

Fulfillment and delivery

We use third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, including partners outside the United States.

Shipping coverage, estimates, costs, tracking, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. VORCEN remains your point of contact for fulfillment problems.

Carrier or supplier involvement does not remove our obligations to you under applicable law.

Returns and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy describes the 30-day return window, eligibility, return shipping, cancellations, and refund process.

These voluntary terms do not replace mandatory rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or undelivered merchandise.

Promotions

Promotions may have separate conditions disclosed before purchase, including eligibility, expiry dates, and restrictions on combining offers.

We will not retroactively apply undisclosed promotional conditions to an accepted purchase.

Intellectual property

Website text, designs, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

You may browse the store and use content for personal shopping purposes. Commercial reproduction or misuse requires appropriate authorization.

Reviews and submitted content

You retain ownership of reviews, photographs, or other content you submit.

By submitting content for publication, you grant us a nonexclusive permission to display, reproduce, and format it for the purposes for which it was submitted, subject to applicable law and any separate permissions required for promotional use.

Those terms do not eliminate VORCEN’s responsibilities for your purchase.

Website availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the store, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections, applicable product warranties, fraud, or other legally protected claims.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from website unavailability that were not reasonably foreseeable. This provision does not limit your right to an appropriate remedy for an unfulfilled or defective purchase.

Product warranties

Any express product warranty will be stated with the relevant product or supplied documentation.

We do not offer an additional lifetime or manufacturer warranty unless expressly identified. Applicable implied warranties and other statutory rights remain available to the extent required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of Florida, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to them.

Any dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes

We may revise these Terms for future website use and purchases. Updated Terms will display a revised date.

The Terms applicable when an order was placed will govern that order unless a legally required change applies.
